Scope
Oto supports the installed Zebra DS22 scanner, two 4B-2082A wristband printers, Welltech G4 receipt printer, three Xprinter units, two NEXGO N5 terminals, and two PAX A920Pro terminals. It retains their documented identifiers, addresses, protocols, and station roles.
Design
The Zebra DS22 scans wristbands, vouchers, and booking codes through its documented USB HID behavior. Receipt and wristband output goes to the documented printer role and address. The installed NEXGO and PAX payment terminals operate independently of Oto; Oto neither controls them nor receives their payment status.
Failure handling
If a required scanner, printer, or branch connection is unavailable, the affected workflow shows that the hardware action did not complete.
Requirements
- Support the deployed Zebra DS22, 4B-2082A, Welltech G4, Xprinter, NEXGO N5, and PAX A920Pro devices.
- Route receipt and wristband printing using the documented station roles and addresses.
- Keep the installed payment terminals independent of Oto.
- Support scanning, printing, gate, and self-service kiosk tasks that use the installed hardware.
Verification
- Confirm that staff can scan supported codes and print the required receipts, wristbands, and vouchers on the installed branch hardware.
- Confirm that a scanner or printer problem remains visible to the person performing the task.
