The journey begins when a staff member scans a wristband, voucher, booking, or other supported code during reception, F&B, or gate work.

Steps

    Scan a supported wristband, voucher, booking, event, or benefit code.

    Review the result and continue the current gate, order, booking, or benefit task.

  3. 3

    Correct the issue or deliberately retry when a code is rejected.
