Manage an employee lifecycle
Create/import employee, assign structure/access, issue documents, review/move, and offboard with assets and audit.
Starting point
The journey begins when an administrator or manager with HR duties manages an employee lifecycle, or when a pending staff member reviews an assigned employment document.
Steps
- 1
Manage tenant-scoped branches, departments, roles, locations, assignments and organizational hierarchy.
- 2
Create or edit employee records, or import employees from a spreadsheet after previewing new, changed, unchanged, and invalid rows.
- 3
Maintain distinct nonstandard worker/advisor identity, rate, assignment, status, login and lifecycle data.
- 4
Review people and employment metrics, recent activity, and attention items for the manager’s assigned scope.
- 5
Record review cycles and effective-dated branch/department/role/status movements with approvals and history.
- 6
View effective reporting structure and simulate/apply structural changes with cycle validation.
- 7
Create, edit, preview, assign, and archive contract or letter templates, and create, preview, publish, or archive policy documents.
- 8
Plan the employee’s departure, recover assigned assets and access, complete required documents, and close the staff account.
- 9
Search and review recorded employee and administrative activity.
