Capture and review attendance
An employee clocks through a kiosk, and managers monitor presence and resolve attendance issues.
Starting point
The journey begins when a staff member records attendance at a kiosk or when a manager reviews attendance.
Steps
- 1
An employee identifies themselves at an activated branch kiosk and records a clock-in or clock-out using the branch time.
- 2
The employee submits a reason and supporting evidence for a manager to review before changing the attendance record.
- 3
With the employee’s consent, capture and review the face identity evidence used by the employee kiosk, provide the documented alternative, and allow permitted removal.
- 4
View branch-scoped current presence, confidence, schedule context, stale status and notification results.
- 5
The manager reviews daily attendance issues and evidence, approves or rejects adjustments, and preserves the original clock events.
