Starting point

The journey begins when a staff member or manager starts today’s work for an assigned branch.

Steps

    Navigate Today, Check-ins, Fix, Ask OTO, modes, notifications, theme, and account actions in permitted scope.

  2. 2

    See active scoped announcements and the first relevant events with accurate timezone and detail links.

  3. 3

    Create a branch/department quick task and complete it from the personal or team queue.

  4. 4

    Create, edit, and deactivate announcements for all users or selected branch or department audiences, with a priority and optional active date range.

  5. 5

    Receive notifications about relevant work, open the related record, and mark notifications as read.
