Configure a branch catalog

Create or clone an independent branch catalog and configure tickets, date modes, tax, menu, merchandise, supervision, promotions, benefits, payment methods, and print templates.

Starting point

The journey begins when an authorized Branch Manager or Operator Administrator needs to configure a branch catalog.

Steps

  1. 1

    Create an independent branch catalog by copying another branch’s configuration. Later changes to either catalog do not affect the other.

  2. 2

    Maintain weekday/weekend price pairs and branch holiday ranges that force weekend pricing.

  3. 3

    Define kid/adult pricing, included adults, overflow, wallet credit, duration, and gate rights in one ticket type.

  4. 4

    Resolve product override, category rule, and global tax/service configuration for each line.

  5. 5

    Persist payments, wallets, photos, messaging, face outcomes, counters, benefit usage, stock, costs, occupancy, and issuance as records.

  6. 6

    Protect branch operations and member/minor/photo/health/payment data on every direct operation.
