Enter, leave, and monitor occupancy

Starting point

The journey begins when a customer enters or leaves, or when a staff member with gate duties monitors occupancy.

Steps

    Print and activate bands with guest, group, wallet, event, validity, and gate rights.

  2. 2

    Count adults, regular children, and supervised children according to their distinct departure rules.

  3. 3

    Identify invalid scans and close stranded occupancy groups with an audit record at end of day.
