Use stored credit and promotions

Issue prepaid credit after payment, resolve one wallet from a band or QR code, prevent spending beyond the available balance, record refunds or expiry, and redeem promotions separately from wallet value.

Starting point

The journey begins when a customer uses stored credit or when a staff member with checkout duties applies stored credit or a promotion.

Steps

    Create or credit one guest wallet and make it resolvable from both issued band and printed QR.

  2. 2

    Pay with a wristband or printed QR code using the same available wallet balance.

  3. 3

    Record wallet refunds and expiry without editing prior ledger entries.

  4. 4

    Apply a marketing percent, fixed, or free-item voucher under scope, dates, and usage limits.
