Starting point

The journey begins when a parent or manager with event duties sends party invitations, or when a guest responds.

Steps

    Organizer creates scoped invitations, previews delivery, monitors responses and revokes links.

  2. 2

    Guest opens an event invitation link and submits attendance, party size, contact, and dietary details.

  3. 3

    Parent or guest chooses only offered menu options, and staff receives the submitted choices in the event’s kitchen plan.
